About Zorker

Zorker builds local-first tools that help product teams keep AI work grounded in the project, reviewable by people, and recoverable over time.

Local-first product systemsHuman-reviewable automation

Software should stay understandable after the first prompt.

Zorker builds product tools for teams who want AI to move work forward without losing the context, control, and evidence behind the work.

We are not building a generic chat window with a deploy button. We are building a product workspace where an idea can become a real project — with its decisions, source material, code, previews, and history still connected to the people responsible for the outcome.

The problem is not generating a first draft.

AI can produce a convincing first answer quickly. The difficult work begins after that answer: understanding the existing product, deciding what should change, keeping the right context in view, reviewing the result, and knowing how to recover when something goes wrong.

That work is fragmented in most AI-assisted workflows. The brief lives in one place, the repository in another, the agent conversation in a third, and the final decision is often left in somebody's memory. The result may look fast, but it is hard to inspect, repeat, or hand to the next person.

Zorker exists to close that gap.

What we are building

OpenLink is a project-centric AI workspace. It keeps a product's working context, repository, agent activity, browser preview, and decisions in one loop so people can direct and review real work instead of reconstructing it from scattered conversations.

HIG provides an independent layer of project history and recovery. It is designed to preserve verifiable project state beyond a single workspace or repository, so important work has a path back when the source of truth is incomplete, damaged, or unavailable.

Together, they support a simple idea: AI should help make software more durable, not make the work behind it more opaque.

Our product principles

Keep the project as the unit of work

Useful AI work needs more than a prompt. It needs the product brief, files, repository, previous decisions, and the boundaries of the task. Zorker is organized around the project because that is where those things belong together.

Make automation reviewable

An agent can propose, plan, write, and verify. It should not make the work impossible to inspect. We design for visible plans, connected source material, tangible changes, and human review at the points where judgment matters.

Keep control close to the people doing the work

Your product context and local data should remain under your control. Zorker is built with self-hosted operation and user-controlled local data in mind, rather than treating every workflow as a black-box cloud handoff.

Preserve a way back

Shipping is not the end of a product decision. A durable workflow records enough context to understand what happened and recover intentionally. Independent, verifiable history matters because development work cannot always be recreated from a clean checkout.

What Zorker is not

Zorker is not an AI agency, a promise of fully autonomous product decisions, or a replacement for responsible engineering judgment. We do not think every task should be automated, and we do not believe a polished demo is the same thing as a reliable system.

We build for teams who own the consequence of what they ship: builders, product leads, and operators who need AI to be capable and accountable to the project.

The standard we hold ourselves to

We want the next person to be able to open a project and answer the questions that matter: What are we trying to accomplish? What context informed this change? What did the agent do? What was reviewed? Can we recover if needed?

If Zorker makes those answers clearer while helping a team move faster, it is doing its job.
